Casino Cruise - Withdrawal taking week

I completed 2 withdrawals of 2300euros and 2074 euros in the 18.08.2015.

Since then my withdrawals are still pending and after many tries to ask casino cruise via chat, the problem has not been resolved. They promise 2 days withdrawals, but it has been a week already.

All verification of documents have been accepted on the 28th of July, and I have attatched the email I received from casino cruise in Finnish, stating that.

Please help, can someone from management or the security dept of Casino Cruise respond quickly?

The casino rolled back my winnings on the 25th of August, and they ( customer service/ casin cruise hostess) prompted me to withdraw the amounts again. I did, and the withdrawals still have not successfully been processed. What is going on? I am entitled to my winnings...

Good day. Thanks for your reply. The customer service at the casino is good, I am only disappointed by the way in which the fianancial department are doing things. They seem extremely slow to process withdrawals. But, I am happy to say, 1 withdrawal has been completed. I am still waiting for the rest of it to be complete. Hope to hear from you soon.
