Euromoon Casino - Withdrawal taking too long

The Casino Rules state that the first withdrawal only takes up to 5 business days. I made my First withdrawal on the 13th of October, and till today(The 24th of October), each time I contact the Casino, the support tells me that my account manager will get back to me soon, but nothing has happened yet. I even tried contacting the finance department via email, but there has been no response. This has really limited the activities of my account, and I really feel cheated.

No. My account manager emailed me to say that they are working on it, but that's what I have been told for the past week.
