Play2Win Casino - Withdrawal is taking 40 days now and counting

Hi

I wanted to ask for your help to get my withdrawal, I have made it 40 days ago, I have sent them my documents couple days after withdrawal and after couple days I got answer that my documents are verified, now from that day is about 35 days and I still have not received my money, I have seen that there is a lot of problems with this casino about delayed payments? What is going on with them?? My username on the casino is andrejuks

Hi, Can someone explain me how casino`s like this still have licence? They are complete cheaters, you can deposit there but you cannot withdraw - when does theese unfair fraudulent casino`s like play2win will be closed ???

Hi there,

This matter could have been avoided if you had read the terms and conditions before leaving your account inactive for over 6 months.

3.9. Should a player abstain from logging into their Casino account for a period of 90 days or more or the player 90 days without making a single bet or wager, the Casino will be entitled to any balance in that players account and the sum forfeit. Should the player wish to withdraw this amount after this period, we will examine each situation on a case by case basis but reserve the right to invoke the above 3 month rule.

You left the account inactive between October of 2014 and June 2015, that's a lot longer than 90 days and that is why the withdrawal was denied. We expect our players to be aware of the terms and regulations before making real money wagers.

And there was no-one who could tell me this? And there was no-one who could answer me to email where I was asking what is going on with my withdrawal? You are the only person on the play2win staff, who reads all forums, make payments, set odds, verify account etc? What other people are doing in your casino? How I can understand some rules which I red 1 year ago? Then tell me please now - when does I will finally receive my money? When does this process you need will end?

And I dont have any denied payments - dont lie about this, money still is on the pending withdrawals section!!!!

Hi there,

That is why the terms appear on the website and you also agree to them before playing. No one is required to fill you in on every possible term at every possible time. That is why players are expected to read the terms and to understand them. If you had done so you would have known that you should not leave your account inactive for over 3 months, not to mention 7. I'm afraid we cannot change the terms and this withdrawal is denied.

As you are not answering to emails as always - tell me, WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY MONEY? and stop lying to everyone immediately - i have not had any cancelled withdrawals

Dear people, please be aware of registering on this site, you see attitute from this casino to clients, its 100% worst in the industry, If you will make a withdrawal - be sure that you will receive your money in 6-12months, deposit is easy here, withdrawal is impossible!!!

Based on the evidence that we received from casino management, we could confirm that player wasn't active more then 90 days, so casino applied rule 3.9 of their T&C. We consider this complaint resolved and closed. We recommend to the player to seek further help with licence authority that issued casino licence.
