Hi, I opened an account in mid September and having declined or had my bonus removed I played through my deposit and requested a withdrawal. Despite numerous emails to different departments I have had very limited responses. I have been on the online chat and had mixed messages about needing to contact the finance team, send documents and even been cut off without warning and the most recent chat today I was quoted as having a min withdrawal of £100. This the 1st I've heard about this and having already deposited £55 to the site I'm not prepared to give them anymore as I have no confidence of receiving my money back. Can you help as I can't see anywhere to complain on the site and I don't get any replies from the email team
