Play2Win Casino - Withdrawal still not processed and available for reversing

I recently set up an account with Play2Win casino and i deposited into my account successfully using both the VISA card payment method and through Neteller. I played with my funds on a roulette game and then tried to withdraw £85 back into my neteller account.

This withdraw transaction took place on the 7th February 2015 at 13:00 and has the transcation number 205346500791080

I allowed a fews days for the transaction to be processed however, after a week the £85 could still be reversed (apparently withdrawals can only be reversed with the first 24 hours) so i email customer support on the 14th and asked about the status of my withdrawal

No reply

i emailed again on the 16th, and again received no reply. i also tried calling customer service however the number provided for UK callers does not even connect so cannot speak to them and the live chat option on the website does not seem to work on my macbook laptop.

i have given it some time as i guessed it would take maybe a couple of weeks to be processed, however with still no response to my emails and my £85 still being labelled as 'reversible' in the cashier section i had no option but to hope for a response from Play2Win casino on this website and hopefully for my withdrawal to be processed successfully in the near future.

Still have received no reply to any of my emails from Play2Win Casino and withdrawal is still able to be reversed. Also, at no point have i been contacted to supply any documents to verify my account which i would have expected to be.

Does this casino even exist?? Truly pathetic customer service

This case has been reopened upon casino’s request and we would like to give it one last chance for a successful resolution.

Thank you for reopening we are checking with our fraud department the issue with this player and will update shortly.

After checking with our fraud department it appears the player in question raised issues with our security clearance. When documents were late in coming betting patterns were found by our fraud department (martingale system - the most common betting system). According to their protocol withdrawals are cancelled and account will be blocked. The player will not be able to open further accounts.

Based on the evidence we received from the casino management, we could confirm that player breach casino's T&C and used forbidden betting patterns, casino refund player's deposit. We consider this complaint resolved and closed.
