So after 4 days of showing every single form of ID, I did everything that was asked, finally got approved, was told in email transfer take 20min to 3 days DEPENDING on my bank,
Well after the 3 working day, I rang my bank who absolutely nothing about the monies, it's not in transit to my account, this has been 13 days since I had the win, not only did they only let hold $4000 so over the space of the next 10 days I spent through the other 6k I had in my account, just another way they make you keep spending.
Rang up helpline and was told I can not help you until the 30th what 9 days after...
Seriously people do need money and even more so when it is 100% fairly won. You want to run a casino you need to learn to payout
