Almighty Vikings Casino - Withdrawal request declined, no reply afterwards

I registered to Almighty Vikings Casino on 11th of June. I took their first deposit bonus and deposited 50eur so I got total of 100 eur to play with. I played throught their wagering requirement and ended up with 300eur.

I tried to withdraw the money and I noticed that the bonus terms said that I couldn't withdraw the initial bonus money (which is ok since it's said in the T&C). So I withdraw exactly 249,32 EUR instead. I got a confirmation that the withdrawal request was created and the same day (14th of June) I got a request to submit documents.

I sent the documents in the same day as well and it says on my profile that I'm "Fully registered". Then two days later I got a reply that said "Withdrawal request declined. Please contact our support for reasons behind the decline.".

After that day I have tried the live chat on their site many times. Nobody has replied me ever. I have also sent emails to every address on their site and I haven't got a single reply. It's already been almost a month now and I have no clue what to do now or how to get my money since nobody is talking to me on that end.

Please help.
