Withdrawal refusals and excuses from Silver Oak Casino

after playing Silveroak Cacino i tried to make a small withdrawal of $400.

On trying to make the withdrawal all of a sudden they found alleged "deposit issue"
This was then used an excuse to refuse the withdrawal completely with no regard for customer service. They then refused to provide a single name or contact detail for management to discuss the issue.

My advice, stay away from these guys with your hard earned money.

Dear Player:

According to the Casino Accounting Department; amount was uncollected and never deducted from your Credit Card. This is why winnings were voided.

If by any chance you have a Credit Card statement proving that charge then please let us know by sending a copy to help@acerevenue.com

what you did was simply not honest.

In good faith i made a payment to you for $100 and then played accordingly.
Once i had decided i had enough and wanted to cash out you strung me along for over 3 weeks without doing as requested.

i wished to cash out $400. After almost a month you came back and stated there was some 'issue' with the initial deposit. So instead of doing the reasonable thing and deducting the $100 you say was not received and paying out the balance $300, you used it as an excuse to void my entire experience and slip out of any payment what so ever.

I run a large business and I assure you this type of treatment of customers leads to an exceptionally bad reputation.

We have been informed by Silver Oak's Fraud & Risk Department that winnings were generated from an uncollected credit card deposit. According to the Casino this is not the only uncollected deposit coming from your credit card but it seems like system is showing several uncollected ones.

The uncollected deposit of $100 was made on 7/4/2012 2:31:48 PM. On 7/8 the Credit card processor informed the casino of the uncollected deposit and on 7/8/2012 at 3:54:12 PM Processing Department tried contacting you and got your answering machine.

You are more than welcome to contact the casino in case you have proof that credit card was deducted. Please contact them back with a copy f your bank statement manager@silveroakcasino.com

once again you have just re-iterated the exact same excuse for not honouring your obligations. Your excuse is simply dishonest with no good intent what so ever.

it is only that i wanted to make a withdrawal you deposit 'issue' was used.
this is well over a month after the withdrawal request was made you created this excuse to not pay what was owed.

You should have deducted the $100 deposit you claim you did not receive and refunded the balance $300 that was owed.

Disgraceful conduct that will ensure that i not only never use your service again i will make certain i will make certain i tell others intending to do exactly the same.
