so finaly after years i get a win and try to withdraw sum of $1,100nzd made withdrawal on 2016-08-28 00:35 ,from time of withdrawal i stopped receiving all emails promotional alike which i was getting everyday up untill withdrawal ,i contacted support and asked why i hadnt received anything they told me emails have been sent and its my email address thats the problem (ive been getting emails from these ppl for years),so i go ahead and give a new email address which the support person jonathon changed while in chat with him, this took atleast an hour which he said more emails have been sent to this new address yet i havent received anything,this is a new low cant even get forms to fill out to withdraw

well after getting my email changed the other week, they go ahead an send all the banking documents again to my old email address yesterday after i had filled them out an sent from the new email address almost 3 days ago,i have no idea when im getting paid they gave me the same run around they give everybody a back log of withdrawals bla bla were sorry .Nothing was happeneing until i told them im recording all chat conversations to post online it seem to light a fire under them .

Still no payment after been told by staff money would be processed after 5 days the money is still in my account waiting ,clearly they havent done a thing to process my funds
