888 Casino - Withdrawal process takes too long

I started playing at 888casino almost two months ago. The day i registered my account, i sent my id and creditcard verification. Two days later i got an email back, telling me that my ID has been verified. I made a couple withdrawals without having any problems, until last week.

On the 20th of january i made three withdrawal requests. According to their withdrawal timeframe, the withdrawal request will be processed after three business days( it never took longer than 3 days for my other withdrawals to be processed). Today, 8 days later, the withdrawals still havent been processed yet. I tried to use the live chat, but the chat is currently unavailable for the last 3 days. I have also sent them an email, but they have not responded yet.

apparantly i had reached the maximum amount to withdrawal per month, so they told me the withdrawal will be processed 3 days after today, so i will keep you up to date.
