i opened an account with £25 they gave me a 400 % bonus i never asked for i played througfh some games of casino i was on £280 and then went to withdraw £180 which left the £100 bonus still in there.then i was told that i could not withdraw as i still had to turnover £1773 so i went into terms and conditions and it said deposit and bonus x 20 on non progressive slots so i went on top trumps which is non progressive i stayed up till 3am ticking off every 5 spins to make sure i went over the alotted requirements then when i reached the right amount i then played on for another half an hour and got upto £896 then 4 days later i get a phone call to offer me my £25 deposit back and i do not think that is fair my eyes are still sore from playing that night.i got in touch with the uk commision on gambling and they gave me contacts to the cyprus version which i aim to contact tomorrow.

City Club acted upon our Terms and conditions which is posted on our website. If the player didn't want a bonus he should have sent a mail to [email protected] like the terms and conditions clearly state.

There will always be a bit of animosity with players who lose money or don't play by the rules. These forums are built for complaints and bonus abusers and nothing more. Anything can be written here whether its 100% accurate or not and it will be given a stage.

We apologize for any convenience caused to Mr Rigley and hope that next time you play at an online casino, you read the terms and conditions before playing.

Dear Darran,

Thank you for accepting a recent promotional offer and receiving a bonus because of it. We understand you now wish to cash-out your winnings. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request until you comply with our promotional bonus policy by wagering GBP 1,773.00. For further information regarding our bonus policy, please visit the promotions section of our web site at: http://www.cityclubcasino.com/.

Please note, that the casino's management reserves the right to withhold winnings on same withdrawal requests that were declined for wagering more than 3 times, and in which there was no progress in fulfilling the wagering requirements between one withdrawal request to the other.

More details regarding the bonus in question can be found in the email you were sent when the bonus was credited to your gaming account. If, after reading that email, you still have questions, a member of our City Club Support Team is available to help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at the following address and/or phone numbers:

Email: [email protected]

USA & Canada only (toll free)

Phone: +44 203 1500331

Fax: +44 203 1500331

To start with after receiving this you will see it says nothing here about me not wanting the bonus so you've got that wrong This is your e-mail as i tried to withdraw after playing casino it states i still have to turnover £1773 on non progressive slots (your own words not mine) so i did wager through all of that and a lot more besides.what i've actually done is played through all of your requirements and it is you who is in the wrong you just won't admit it and i will be taking legal advice as you are the ones in the wrong.

ccr72508062, You didn't fulfill the wagering requirements stated in casino's Terms & Conditions, so what is the problem here?

Also, we have checked the rules, you could refuse the bonus offer by writing to stated email address.

We understadn your frustration, but it's clearly your fault by not reading Terms & Conditions in this case.

This complaint will consider as resolved.
