This is the second time I've had major problems withdrawing at CasinoRoom. This time, I'm waiting since March 14th for a withdrawal of $150. Again, they are saying that they are having 'Problems with Bank Transfers'.
After several emails to support asking when my withdrawal will be sent, on April 3rd, I received a response saying "If everything works as planned the pending funds should be sent out by tomorrow". It's now April 12th and support is now saying that my withdrawal has NOT been sent, and they don't have a timeframe on when it will be sent. This is not acceptable.
Furthermore, to add to my frustration they said other payment methods are working fine. But when I asked them to cancel my bank transfer withdrawal, and I will resubmit it through ClickAndBuy (my deposit method) they stated that they cannot do this!
After the first time this happened, I was understanding.... but this is the second major delay within 3 months. This is not acceptable.
CasinoRoom, it's been 4 weeks.. No more excuses... please send me my winnings.
