I have been trying to withdraw $500 for about a month and a half. I have submitted all required verification .numerous times and they still say they need it again. I have faxed, emailed photos and rubbed credit card on form
They still say they need it again. I think they just don't want to pay.
Please help.

I’ve looked into this and while we have received your documents, the ID you’ve sent us is unclear and until we receive a clear copy, we are unable to move forward on this withdrawal.

Please forward a clear scan of your photo ID to: [email protected]

Once this is received, your withdrawal will be processed.

I have taken a picture of my photo ID and have sent it to the email provided. Last time I was asked for a third photo of my credit card.

I have received an e mail from sov stating that my withdrawal was approved. And I should get it in a few weeks. I will wait til I receive. To consider it resolved.

There is no problem with your account. It is my understanding the deposit issue maybe with the mobile version of the software you are using and that you were told to contact our customer service department to trouble shoot the issue.

Please let me know if you were able to make a deposit or if you require further assistance.

I still cannot deposit on the mobile site but I can on the reg. Site. Might be a mobile problem. I still have not received my withdrawal and will not consider this resolved until I receive the check.
