I summited a withdrawal early June 2016., for $705 It was approved by manager July 13, 2013. According to their rules Your payment will be made 10 business days after approval. I think this is reasonable. I am now into day 21 and nothing. In the last week I have called 6 times, LEAVE MESSAGE which I did. NOTHING. I have talked to a least 12 differ people all saying the same (at least another 10 to 15 business days.) I try to explain I am on business day 21. NOTHING (rcmce) Robert C Mace Thank You

Hi Robert--

I'm very sorry for what you've experienced with this.

I'm not in the office today (it's a holiday here in Costa Rica), but I will make it a priority to look into this issue once I return to the office tomorrow (Tuesday).
