CrazyWinners Casino - Withdrawal ''paid'' two months ago never received

I have made an withdrawal(100€) more than two months ago, they told me that is has been paid two moths ago(20 of july). I have never seen those money. When I asked about this from the manager, she said that there has been a problem and it is declined from my bank and she promised to take care of it. When I later asked her about this, she didn't answer, but some other dude answers and said that it is done at 20th of July.
Now this "manager"(Sonja) doesn't bother to answer me, live chat and every one else is sure that it is done already.

I'm a bit surprised that you didn't know about this issue. I have talked many of the people who works at your customer service and all of them has wanted to help and if its up to s/he, s/he is ready to "move the mountains" for me.

I haven't heard any replies after the "I check from the finance department(or some other)". Maybe every one of them is telling the truth and the mountains has been moved, but no one had told me, under which mountain my 100€ bill is buried :(

There seems to have been an issue with beneficiary name on the account. That is why the first withdrawal was rejected.

Please note, your payment has been now been resent to the banking details you confirmed.

I've got email from the manager and she apology that if this has cost me any trouble and told that it was because she has been in a summer vacation and now send me the same email than earlier, where was my info(correct again) and asked if there is any error. I hate to repeat myself, so I didn't bothered to answer. Next I got another email, where they say that they have learned to use computer and know withdrawal's are possible.
I want to congratulate the manager that she has accomplished to get a job where is two months summer vacations.
Money has arrived to my bank account today,
