I have checked your records and you have a pending withdrawal of $1500.
However, you took a 500% bonus OF 1500. Bonuses are non-cashable that means that you can only withdraw whatever amount OVER 1500 you win. So you will need to win over this amount to withdraw, anything over 1500 you can cash out.
