Hi, i am still waiting for my withdrawal of £125 to be processed. I have met all wagering requirements, deposited to enable me to withdraw and still nothing. I have been on live chat and have been told it will be processed the next day, which was a lie. Live chat are very unhelpful and have promised that they would contact the finance department regarding this but still nothing. It has been over a month and the terms and conditions state withdrawals can take up to 18 days. I would like this resolved. All my ID docs have been sent as per my attachment.

The withdrawal has not been processed because the documents were not. An email was sent to you yesterday with instructions on where to send them in case it was sent wrongly the first time.

I have recieved a response from play2win and have re sent my documents, i originally sent the documents to an email given to me on live chat which differs from the one in the above post from play2win. I am still waiting for my funds.

Thank you but i have been told this before and still nothing. I was firstly given the incorrect email address to send the documents to and i have been repeatedly told on chat that the money will be sent "Today". How do you expect to compete with your competitors when their withdrawal requests are processed in 2-5 days?
