When can i receive my money? I always request to withdraw my money but your casino is still not yet processing my withdrawal since the last 2 days

And after several hours of withdrawal request, my request is cancelled and my money went back to my ComeOn account again and i will request a withdrawal again. What is happening to my withdrawal request?

Thank you for your message. I see that your withdrawal requests was declined by your card issuer / bank, but that you have now changed method, withdrawing to a different card.

Hopefully this time it will go through, if you still face issues, please do contact our support directly as we may need to ask you some security questions in regards to your withdrawal and the process is easier to handle through our normal support channels.

My money returned to my account again. Everyday I'm always requesting for a withdrawal but everyday your casino is always returning my money to my account. What is happening? How can I receive my money?

Hi Alec,

Thank you for your message. I can see that you withdrawal was declined once again by your provider/bank and unfortunately that could be the case due to your country of residence and their restrictions. I do apologise for the inconvenience in this matter.

In order for us to process your withdrawal, please make a small deposit via an e-wallet (Neteller or Skrill) and then request a withdrawal of your balance to one of those e-wallets. Another advantage of that method is that the processing time for a withdrawal is 24 hours, therefore you should receive your winnings much faster than via a card transfer.

We would require a confirmation of that e-wallet account to process your withdrawal - you can upload that document via your account settings.

If you require any further assistance with the entire process, do not hesitate to contact our support for immediate help.

I already sent my ewallet account and already approved. How can i withdraw my money to my account to my ewallet account? There is no option of ewallet in the withdrawal menu. And when I try to withdraw from my debit card. Its says that my withdrawal cannot be processed and i will be sent an email for the reason but there is no email sent to me. Please return my money to me. Hoping for a kind response

Hi Alec,

I hope you are doing well! In order to make a withdrawal to your e-wallet account, you have to activate this method by making a small deposit via your e-wallet account. Once you do this, you will be able to select e-wallet as your withdrawal method and make a withdrawal of your entire balance.

I withdraw my money through bank transfer but your casino message me that my money cannot be processed. I sent my screenshot of my bank account and been approved. What is the problem?

Hi Alec!

I can see that you have tried to use a bank transfer option, but you have used your card details while filling in all the account details, and that is why it was refused. Please double check your bank account info and try again, if that is the method you wish to use.
