123VegasWin - Withdrawal not processed after almost 2 months

On 17th June 2014 I asked for a withdrawal of $111. It is still labelled as "pending" and any emails to their support are not returned.

This is copied from the transfer summary page when I go into my account history on 123VegasWin:

So the transaction code is T140617055236.

Please help!
