Casino Plex - Withdrawal not paid for 2 weeks

After two weeks of requesting a withdrawal for £5,000 the payment has not been received. I telephoned yesterday and was told that the payment would be dealt with today. Nobody returned my call. Phoned again today and was told the payment team had gone home and asked to try again tomorrow!! Lost all confidence in this company. T's and C's state 72 hours max....
