Golden Lady Casino - Withdrawal not credited

Golden Lady Casino owes me $4500 since Dec, and they began to process my partial credit in Dec. or so they say. I did not receive this credit, I believed I would get my money as they did pay one winning and I continued to deposit.

I questioned where it was by e mails and calls, Then on Jan. 16th I was informed another $1800 was processed. I learned of this after a friend told me of this after hearing about it through her casino host at another casino. He mentioned it
to her because he has talked to me about depositing with his casino. Players have no privacy.

When I did not receive either of these credits, They looked into it and told me there was an error. On Feb. 14th there was confirmation that they processed another $1800 to my account. I waited a week and kept checking. After calls and e -mails I contacted the manager "Tom Johnson" via e mail and he has not responded.
I am ill, upset and very disappointed with this casino. W hat is going on with your Finance dept. and where is the money going to? My bank has checked all my accounts and you
sent nothing. I would like my money!!!!

I received a partial payment of $1793,00". However, I believe my case is not resolved until I receive the balance of $2700,00. I do not know after three attempts of saying they credited my account, it finally came through, It may be the final letter to the manager and the help from "ask amblers". I hope they make the balance of $2700,00 very soon!!.
