Play2Win Casino - Withdrawal not being actioned

I requested a withdrawal on the 25th of July, I then received an email requesting documents, which I sent and I received an email telling me that they have been approved and my withdrawal will be actioned (10th August), I have attached a screenshot of this, having spoken to the live support I keep being told it will be paid but then I receive nothing, so I spoke to live support again today (as emails get no response) and they told me they do not see any information regarding my withdrawal.

Could you help me please?

Hello,

After checking your complaint, we found that the reason your withdrawal was not approved was that you did not finish your required wagering requirements.

This email was sent to you a few days ago:

"Hello xxxx,

We would like to make you aware that finance has rejected your recent withdrawal. According to our terms and conditions (below) players must wager any deposit a minimum of 1 time before withdrawing. Please continue to play with your latest deposit of 60 gbp the minimum requirement and then re-request your withdrawal."

According to the T&C of the casino a deposit must be bet at least x1 through (say if I deposit $100, I must make at least $100 in bets before I can withdraw).

Once you've bet an equal amount you will be able to withdraw.

This case has been reopened upon player's request. Submitter reported that he was still not paid even though he met all wagering and verification requirements.

I have been waiting 2 months for my withdrawal, I am simply not getting anywhere with support as they either lie to me and tell me everything will be sorted out or just ignore my messages and emails.

I requested a withdrawal on the 1st of September (please see attachment) and have had my documents approved (see other attachment) Please can you help me get my money back from play2win?
