Royal Vegas Casino - Withdrawal never received

Hi I won 400 pounds on royal vegas casino and withdrew it on the 1st April I sent in all my documents driving license bill ect which was accepted the payment was sent but came back to the casino on the 3rd april after me giving them the wrong swift code I then rang them up and gave them another one which after putting the phone down I then realised it was the wrong one again it was a swift code for my bank but not for the right area anyway I then rang them straight back with the right one but apprantly they had sent the payment but said it went thru ok so I should still receive it I emailed my bank to let them no and they advised me they would reject the payment but would keep a look out I told the casino this who just kept saying I will receive it just wait 10 days in the meantime I won 215 pounds and received that in my bank last week so I knew there was a problem with this payment I have sent it my bank statements to prove I have never received it also a letter from my bank saying they could not trace the payment as they have never received it and ir was down to the casino but they wont trace the payment every time I speak to them im getting told different story's there asking me to get proof ect which ive done then they just come up with aload of excuses please can you help me solve this it is like talking to a brick wall I made this withdrawal nearly a month ago and im no closer to receiving it

Hi they put the money back in to my players account ive withdrew it again thanks for your help
