withdrawal joke from Slots of Vegas casino
i made one withdrawal on 7/02, and 3 on7/04 from this casino. i had reservations about playing there again after i had prior issues with there withdrawal system. the withdrawal from 7/02 was "approved" on 7/13. the other 3 are still sitting there with no activity. i was fortunate to have finally hit a major jackpot on line. the withdrawal which was approved on 7/13 i have not seen any monies yet, and would not have ever even know it was approved if i had not gone to the site. upon contacting the casino they said that the monies would be sent out within 7 days for this withdrawal, which i still have not received, and that the other withdrawals would be processed 7 days after the first one was approved, which of course they are still sitting there with no activity. this is crazy, all i want is my monies which i have won, and to be treated with respect as a customer should be. this past week i was advised by their customer service that they may split my payments up. this withdrawal accroding to the rep for all of them could take 3 months to receive my funds. as i said, all i want is ALL my withdrawals to be processed and paid out, as a customer we do not have the luxary of postponing our funds we deposit( and lord knows, i have deposited plenty at this site)so this casino should not have the luxary of delaying rightfully won winnings from their customers.

yes , and i still have not been issued a tracking number. and the 3 other withdrawals from the 7/04 were never processed! i contacted them again last week and they said, they had to be reissued as withdrawals because they had been in the system too long!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not my problem,! so now there are 3 withdrawals sitting in there( different amounts than i withdrdew) having to sit there 10 business days before they will even touch them! this is the most pitiful withdrawal system i have ever seen.

All withdrawals that meet the cash-out requirements will be approved within 10-15 business days. Your last cash-out was approved on 8/14; next one is scheduled for approval on 8/28.

i still have not received the tracking number from the withdrawal approved on 8/14 for 1662.00. there are 2 withdrawals still awaiting approval sitting there since 8-01, another for 1662.00 and one for 1664.00

what i am looking for now is the payment of 1662.00, that according to the casino was sent out last thursday 8-23. you are correct, once that one is received, the one that was approved 8-28 should be sent then. i need help locating the tracking # for the one sent on 8-23

I think that is horrible! to wait and keep having to wait for your winnings??!! wow thanks for info, I think I will mosey along to the next! INSANE. you should be able to charge them insterest on using your money! Crazy greed! and I can't understand why they can't just pay one payment either! And the FEE's shit!
