Planet 7 Casino - Withdrawal Issues, No Payments

I have 4 withdrawals that total over $5000.00 and planet 7 will not pay them. I recieved approval emails in mid December. It's now late February and I still have not been paid. No one at planet seven can seem to tell me when it will get taken care of. Every time I contact them I get the run around

Good news—I can see that two of your withdrawals ($1,179 and $1,654) have both been sent off to be processed and we are not charging any fees for these withdrawals.

I’ll be keeping an eye out for tracking. As soon as we receive this from the processor, you’ll be contacted and I will also post, here.

That takes care of two of the withdrawals. However, you still have not given me any update on the other two. We are now over two and a half months past the point that these withdrawals were approved. Your terms state that payment will be made in a maximum of 20 business days. Why can you not give me concrete information on my payouts? Also, you stated here that the money has been approved for payment but I have yet to receive and tracking information on the check.

Hi Browntownnn,

Unfortunately, we've been experiencing a backlog, due to processing limitations. In a nutshell, processors have certain velocity limitations, which is creating the situation we're currently in.

We ARE doing everything possible to speed things along, but I realize it's very frustrating for you and others.

I'm off for the weekend, however, I will check on the two remaining payments, Monday.

Hi Browntownnn,

I just wanted to give you a brief follow-up on this. I see that your third payment was sent off (I’d expect the tracking within a day or two) and the final payment has been sent to processing. The tracking on that last payment should be in sometime early next week.

Again, I apologize for the delays, but it does appear we’re getting on track.

Hi Browntownnn,

I'm pretty sure I have great news for you, but to be honest, I'm a bit confused by what I'm seeing.

I'm looking at the tracking for three of your payments (each payment is being sent separately) and according to the tracking, it shows these packages are 'out for delivery' with the scheduled delivery date being today, March 9th. Given that it's already late in the evening, I'm not certain if the tracking page has not been updated or??? I'm hoping you have those payments in hand, by now.

Also, I see some notes that the other two payments have been paid, but I do need to speak with our finance team for a small bit of clarification. I'll be sure to do this first thing in the morning.

I'll continue to watch the tracking, however, if you see this posting, can you please let me know if you received the payments?

I appreciate you help with this.
