Planet 7 Casino - Withdrawal issues

Hi I requested three withdrawals from the same Casino Planet 7 on June 16th I have received the emails on each individual withdrawal saying that my withdrawals have been approved I have been in contact with Ally and she says that she is handling multiple issues on multiple accounts that I could contact her directly through the email she provided but every time I sent her an e-mail I'll get a automatic reply saying the same exact thing over and over this has been going on for 2 weeks like most on this blog I just want my money I had plans plans have fallen through because of Planet 7 is lack of adherents to the guidelines of their 7 Day withdrawal approvals and now today I tried to login and for some reason I can't get into my account I don't know if they have blocked my account or have they changed my password I tried to change my own password and it still wouldn't work I am furious I need this issue resolved ASAP.

I have not yet received my withdrawals of the amounts of first one 400 2nd $1,500 third one $2,000 have been waiting for at least a month and a half the planet 7 Casino customer support says that there was a problem with my deposits yet they approved my withdrawals a month ago I'm not understanding how there is a problem with deposits when the money came out of my account and now they're requesting more information like bank statements and all just so I can get the money that is owed to me
