Made a deposit Sunday just gone
Later that day withdrew 364.10
Was asked for ID I sent this and was told 48 hours ago all accepted
Checked account today and this company still have the money and not released my winnings
The person on the chat was no help and couldn't tell when when this will be completed by
They all said documents weren't right size then changed her mind when I said I have emails saying all accepted
Please resolve This asap

Still keep being told 24 hours time and nothing happens. Lucky247 please respond. It's now 5 days since original deposit

We contacted Chris365 on December 4th regarding their withdrawal, and confirmed that the withdrawal had been processed that same day. Given that payments can take 2-5 days to show in the destination bank account, we expect that the withdrawal should have already gone through, or will do so very shortly.
