Hi I have tried to make a withdrawal of £1,300 from this account. I first attempted to make this withdrawal on the 8th of July and after many communications to and from this company I still have not received my money. They have e-mailed me stating that they will first send an email stating that my withdrawal of funds has been proceed , however thats as far as it goes. I have tried calling them but have never managed to get through.I dont know what to do next. They admit they owe me the money but just wont release it, its so frustrating.
