my user name is : chilledip, I have 2 withdrawal request pending, 1st submitted in March, approved April 14th, all documents submitted and approved, called manager and emailed 20 times, still waiting, was told 7-10 business day from date of approval, its, been over 40/ Thanks

I'm sorry for the slow reply and the delays you've experienced.

The good news is, your payments are already on the way and I would expect to have the tracking in the next day or two (generally payments are delivered the day after I receive tracking).

Yes, this complaint can be closed. My apologies. I check has been received. It is Canadian, so there will be a lengthy waiting period for it to clear but j gave received all money owed . Thank you for assistance
