Send verification documents? Told all was approved at 12.00pm 2nd June? No response from 6 mails to clarify receipt of documents? Called again 3rd June to verify and told they hadn't been received? By the way they had never been requested but I sent anyway? Issue 1 no response to mails? Issue 2 didn't request documents? Issue 3 poor service from mails and phone calls? I look forward to their replies as I have full audit trails of mails and phone calls!!

Well my update.been told on 3 occasions by Dwayne, Justin's and Danny they have either processed my withdrawal, can't process to visa and have sent by bank transfer yet my acc still showing as work in progress. 3 days I've been told this has been done and yes you guessed it no change. I've also sent 32 mails and yes you guessed no response. Very upset!

Hi

Don't send 32 emails, it is absolutely no use...I suggest not to contact anymore support, as it seems to me that they are handling this request pretty well and to avoid confusion

If you processed the payments the 2nd of June, is absolutely normal that you didn't receive the money yet, especially if you get paid by bank wire, that can take up to 5 working days, or even more...didn't the support tell you that?

Please be more patient, and soon you will have the money credited in your account
