Casino Plex - Withdrawal takes too long

Hello! I have been waiting my withdrawal request (945 euro) since 6 June. Support said that casino has problem with payment gateway.
They send me formal replies that the problem will soon be solved, but they do not answer the question about the approximate time of solving the problem. I think this is disrespectful to the players. Please help me.

I read the last two complaints on this site, which describe the same situation. How every time do you have the same problem?
I have 2 weeks written that the problem will soon be solved. In fact, no one speaks of certain dates. Do I understand correctly, you are having problems with payments, but you can accept deposits? All this looks very strange.
