withdrawal from Jackpot Grand Casino

I have been trying to collect my withdrawal money from Jack Grand Casino since Sept. They told me the 1st withdrawal I should have received on Sept 24 and the second withdrawal on Oct 2. I have not received either one. I have e-mailed everyone Will, Melanie, Jim O'donnel, Greg, Whitney , Eli, and Britney. They ask to send another bank statement which I did. send to 3 people and I called to make sure they received them. They said they did. Then they told me the account number was wrong. and they were waiting for the bounced money to be returned to them. I have been speaking with them on the phone plus e-mailing them. They cannot give me a answer as to when I will receive my money.

All they tell me is they will e-mail me when the money is returned . One of their associiates told me the bounced money was returned to they on Oct 24 or 25. I feel it does not take that long for the monies to be returned to them.. They keep telling me another 5-10 days. . It is almost 3 months and have not gotten any satisfaction.

I am still waiting for monies owed me from this casino. ($2000) This has been going on since Sept .They keep telling me they are waiting for the bounced money to come back to them , since they put the wrong account number on the wire transfer. I keep asking them for a reference number so that my bank can check where the money is...But I cannot get any answers. There is no phone number to talk to finance dept. Customer service keeps telling me they will get in touch with finance. It takes them more then a week to get an e-mail back from finance dept. Very unhappy with this casino. I think I spoke with every person in customer service dept plus my casino hosts. People I spoke to Will, Melanie, Britney, Whitney, and have e-mailed Eli and Jim. very poor service with this casino.
