Withdrawal from High Noon Casino
i had a withdrawal approved for $2355 on 12/20/10. i was originally told that it would take 5 working days after its approved. so i called on the 6th working day and was told to give it another day because of the holidays and things, i have called several times and still get no answer other than try back tomorrow. its been over 10 working days and nothing have been credited to my account. i understand it takes time however i do exspect and answer of when i will receive this and they should inform people of this in the beginning of the withdrawal process. when your loosing your money they take it right away, i do know it does not take this long to do and ach credit to your account. i am really just trying to get and accurate answer.

What i dont understand this is my second withdrawal the first one took only 7 working days and all the information is the same.. and still cant get a date when i will receive my funds in my account. Everyone is polite when i call but everyone says the same thing we will check into it, really how long does it really take to check into this matter. This is what makes people feel like there getting the run around. I believe i have been more than patient in this situation and i am really ready to see results.

I RECEIVED AND E MAIL THIS MORNING FROM HIGHNOON STATING MY ACH WITHDRAWAL FROM 12/20 WAS JUST RETURNED BACK TO THEM TO PLEASE VERIFY MY BANKING INFORMATION AND ALSO MAKE SURE MY ROUTING NUMBER IS FOR PAPER AND ELECTRONIC NOT WIRES. I HAVE AT LEAST VERIFIED MY ACCOUNT 15 TIMES SINCE THIS ALL BEGAN I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH ANYTHING ELSE BEING EKECTRONICALLY BEING PUT IN MY ACCOUNT.
NOW BACK IN OCTOBER THEY WERE ABLE TO DO AND ACH AND DEPOSITED TO THIS SAME ACCOUNT SO I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND I CALLED THIS MORNING AND WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO START THE WITHDRAWAL PROCESS OVER AGAIN AND REQUEST A COURIER CHECK, SO I HAVE TO WAITE FOR THEM TO ACCEPT THE WITHDRAWAL AND WAITE FOR A CHECK TO MAILED AND WHENEVER I RECEIVE THE CHECK WAITE FOR IT TO CLEAR. NOW LOOKING AT THIS WHOLE SITUATION YES I FEEL LIKE I AM TOTALLY GETTING THE RUNAROUND ALL I WANTED WAS TO RECEIVE MY MONEY THAT I REQUESTED THERE IS DEFINATELY SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE
AND I JUST CONTACTED MY BANK AND THEY ASKED ME EXACTLY WHAT WAS RETURNED BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF RETURNING ACH OR ANY OTHER TRANSACTION FOR ME AND WHO WOULD IT SAY IT WAS FROM. I NEED TO FIND THIS INFORMATION OUT SO MY BANK CAN CHECK INTO WHY IT WOULD HAVE BEEN RETURNED
The processor returned the payment saying the banking information was invalid. So I believe we are arranging an alternative method of payment.
I dont know whats going on im just ready for it to be over, the operator told me that i had to go and request courier check and i did . I have done e verything you asked me too do so far and still nothing.
The check take about 5 working days to come through. If you have requested this, please contact the cashier and request your tracking link for the delivery of the check.
i requested the courier check yesterday 01/19/12 early morning as the phone rep told me to do, i assume it will be Monday 1/23/11 before they will approve it or accept it possibly and then 5 working days which will approximately take me too 01/30/12 or sometime in february i hope this process does not turn into a month process.
you should get a tracking number for your check in your email tomorrow.
so far have not received a tracking in my e mail i will continue to check for one
Received my check through fedex today, thanks im happy this is finally over.
