Withdrawal from Golden Cherry Casino not received

Hi i had wihdrew money with Goldencherry casino early feb 2012. I was told it takes 5 to 10 business days to process the withdraw. It was for 500.00 dollars. Come feb 23rd it said the withdraw was complete and was sent out on feb 23rd. I called and ask them how long to receive the withdraw they told me a check was mailed out on that day. I told them i didnt ask for a check and when all the info is filled out on the wihdraw its for a wire transfer. So i ask why am i getting a check mailed. Support told me they mail checks now. I told them if they do that they shouldnt have the wire transfer up there then. So i been emailig Finance dept trying to get a tracking number on the check they sent to see what is taking so long. Finance has never answered any of my emails and support doesnt help me at all they say i can only go through finance to find out about my withdraw. It is now march 1st 2012. I still dont have a check in the mail. Why is it taking so long and why doesnt finance dept answer emails.
