Very unresponsive and unprofessional Customer Support.
Withdrawal from Golden Cherry Casino
I like many folks had finally won after making many deposits and had made a withdrawel request that they keep saying is coming, is processed, etc. It's been over a month and I have not received the small amount of $500.00 as that is all they say the can process even though I won over $5000.00 Which I played out as I know that is impossible. What scares me the most is I sent in information that I know am scared of theft identity as this information was required for payment. It was suppose to be wired, but Joy from finance says it was fedexed neither had happened.

I cannot believe that askgamblers has this casino in there section that says go ahead and Play here. On EVERY site just like this one there are so many complaints coming in on Golden Cherry casino it is unbelievable how this casino is treating its customers I also have won here and am going thru the same thing lies and lies and more lies My feeling is that ask gamblers needs to blacklist this casino Maybe they need to listen to the people in there own forums Golden Cherry is NOT PAYING THERE CUSTOMERS THEY ARE SENDING OUT BAD CHECKS i HAVE ONE THAT WAS RETURNED TO ME TO PROVE IT THEY ARE A BAQ CASINO AND NEED TO BE ROUGED ON EVERY SITE THANKS FOR READING D
