i deposit about $500 IN playing the casino, i won $4000 plus and tried making a withdrawal, but its taking very long

Hi Alan,
According to our records, a credit / debit card registered on your account is not in your name. As per our terms and conditions, any winnings obtained from a deposit made with a financial account which is not in the name of the account holder will be void.
As per the Terms and Conditions:
"If the Credit Card, Ewallet or financial account used to deposit and/or withdraw funds is not in the name of the individual registered on the Casino Classic account, then all winnings will be void."
As such, the winnings are void and have been confiscated. Your depositswill be refunded.

Please be advised that in order to complete the verification process we still require:
1 ) A proof of address such as a recent utility bill or credit card statemente showing your name and address as registered on your casino account
2) A copy of the card xxxx0949
3) A copy of the card holder's ID
4) An authorization letter such as the following:
I, (Cardholder's name) hereby authorize (Casino account holder's name), the use of my credit / debit card number _____________________ on casino account (Casino account number).
I, (Cardholder's name) accept all fees & charges initiated by my financial institution associated with all deposits made at (Casino Name) by (Casino account holder’s name).
(Cardholder's Signature & Cardholder's Name).

they sent me this mail, after that i did according to what he requested,then i recieve a new mail today and all my winnings including another $1000 i won tis morning been confiscated
