Vernons Casino - Withdrawal forever pending

I made a withdrawal request last week and it still says pending, I have contact them using live chat several times, I constantly get told "your documents are being verified it will be done in 24 hours" the only ever reply with canned speeches and the reply's are always the same, they owe me £3,000 and I have done everything they have asked with still no resolution

We have looked into the player’s issue. The player requested his withdrawal of £3,000 on the 6th August. On the 7th August we requested further verification documents from the player. On the 12th August we confirmed that most documents had been received, however one document was missing. We related this information to the player. We are sorry that the player is unhappy with the responses from our support team but we do have to ensure receipt of all documents to satisfy our verification procedures before we can process any payments.

We are happy to confirm that as of today we received the final document from the player and as such are now in a position to process the player’s withdrawal, which was done at 15:45 today.

I am yet to receive any funds, of course this is to be expected, so will update when/if the funds clear into my account

I can confirm they have finally arrived in my account, and I consider this matter closed, thank you very much askgamblers for helping in this matter
