Monarchs Online Casino - Withdrawal delayed since May 26, 2014

On May 26, 2014 i made a withdrawal request of $450, from Monarchs online casino, it took them over 30 days to finally tell me that I could only withdrawa $150 as since all was from bonus. I said okay and they put in a new request #23755851 for the amount of $150 on June 27, 2014. I have sent them the banking information 9 times now. I have sent numerous emails asking what is taking so long as has been 49 days now since they told me the amount i could withdraw and put in the request and provided all information. When I send and email all i get is a generic reponse saying we are looking into it and each time they give me a new number assingned to the email question, this is even if i reply to their email and i reference the number they gave me. This is ridiculous and when i go on live chat for them it takes over 30 minutes to get a person to chat with and all they say is that they will put in a request. Please help me get my money?

That is the same response I got on July 15, 2014 and nothing since then and they still haven't taken care of it.

Ok we will see. It still says pending as of this morning. They said on July 15, 2014 they were processing it so I don't have faith in them to follow thru with it. I hope they do.

This is the response I got from them on 08/21/2014:Dear Patty,

Good day! I hope this email finds you well. We greatly apologize for the delay.
We've just gotten information from our processor that payment via wire
is temporarily on hold due to changes in policies between corresponding banks.
To expedite payment, would you like to be paid via card instead? Please advise.

I Gave them the info that same day and haven't heard back from them yet and the system says payout is in pending status still.

We have been informed by the casino management that your payment was successfully processed. Please confirm.

The issue was resolved late last 2014. they finally paid me.
