Casino Cruise - Withdrawal delayed due to technical issues?

I requested a withdrawal for £840 on the 5th of January 2016. The withdrawal is still pending, and having spoken to their live chat I am now being told this is due to technical issues and would not be fixed until next week.

I have accounts with loads of online casinos and have never experienced this problem. It's worth nothing that their deposits seem to work fine, all seems rather strange to me.

I have blurred out my transaction id but am sure the casino can find my withdrawal from my username.

Just to add also - withdrawal once processed was possibly the fastest I've had from a casino. Their customer service also emailed me directly apologising which was appreciated.
