Mr Ringo Casino - Withdrawal delayed and bad service from live support

I made my second deposit to Mr Ringo Saturday the 24th of September. The first deposit I dont remember, but that is not relevant in this matter.

I was told when I contacted support that I would be getting a 100% on my deposit. I thought "great" and made a deposit. As promised, I recieved the bonus and while I was at it, I asked about the bonusterms as well. Everythings OK so far.
I played for a few hours, cleared my bonus (by the rules and terms) and requested my withdrawal of about 1800 euros that same saturday as I made my deposit. Of course, I knew they would need some documents, so I provided them and they were approved monday two days later after my withdrawal. From this point, everything is downhill.

I was informed by the livesupport about their timeframes. Approval of documents in 48 hours (they did) and processing of withdrawals in 48 hours (they did NOT keep within these hours and still haven't).

After the documents was approved, I frequently visited the livesupport just for updated status regarding my withdrawal and when I could expect this to be finalized. The answers I get in return was like "Yes, they will take care of it sir" and "it would be handeled by our financeteam, there is nothing we can do". These answers I did recieve about everytime I visited the livesupport from then and up till now Thursday 29th of September.
In a polite matter, I wanted to be told WHEN the withdrawal will be processed. This they are not telling me.
I am really worried about only recieving these standard statements in return from the livechat when I ask them about my withdrawal. They say they understand my frustration, but I dont believe them considering the lack of effort in solving this matter as quickly as possible.

There are a couple of other things not looking good as well.
About all casinosites I have visited during my gamblingtimes, have had decent "my accounts" where you are able to cancel any pending withdrawals you may have and at least somewhere have the date and time of your requested withdrawal.
Mr Ringo have no such things. What is up with that? As a consumer, I do not feel good about this.

I know for sure I requested my original withdrawal the same date as the deposit (as mentioned above), the 24th. I was told on Wednesday 28th of September when I contacted the live support for status on my withdrawal that there was no withdrawal and that my fund was in players account. I was surprised they would say this to time, considering not saying anything earlier about my withdrawal was never made. I asked the support why my withdrawal was canceled like that? They claim the withdrawal was never made and that they never canceled it. I KNOW I made the withdrawal the 24th. I am sure they have some chathistory which could prove that support said to me that withdrawal was ok at an earlier point and that we just waited for the financial department to do their thing.

You know see the problem of me proving my orginial withdrawal was made the 24th when the consumer has no access to any data confirming this? I am now keeping the chathistory from each time I contact them to have documentation about mentioned problem.

My short words, my complaint is this:
- Delayed withdrawal (will it ever be paid out?)
- Static livesupport (short and unclear in their statements, voiding some questions by answering something else)
- Canceled my withdrawal without telling me why?
- No data for customers to check ongoing withdrawals or requestdates and such. (To avoid customer getting their information proven when timeframes are overdue?)

Now its monday 3th of October and I was promised that my withdrawal was supposed to be paid out today. This you claimed to be confirmed by the payment department as well.
I logged in just now to see, and noticed again for the second time that you put the same amount I had on withdrawal back to my playeraccount.

So seriously, what kind of incompetent buisness do you have?

I have no control of my pending withdrawal what so ever, so I am not able to cancel any withdrawal myself, so this is something you did. I have e-mail confirmation and chathistory backing up what I am saying here.

I have had it with this poor treatment and demand this to be fixed tomorrow morning.

I recieved my money, but I'm not happy with the live support and how mr ringo have dealt with this matter.
