I have not yet received any payment from this casino although my withdrawal request for £123 was on 13th June. They asked me to complete a faxback form to submit copies all the many documents they required. I did all that on 19 June and had no response from them to that email even though I asked them to confirm they had everything they needed from me. I have sent further reminders since that date but with no replies from them. The money is still there in my account as a reversible withdrawal. They keep sending me emails with offer to tempt me to play again.

I decided to email [email protected]' instead of account dept and support who never answered and ---------- BINGO money sent to my bank within 24 hours of my email. No apologies or anything just email saying money on its way. Now got money in my bank the next day.
