Withdrawal complaint - Cherry Red Casino

my withdrawal request has been "under review" since 8/20/12. according to their rules, this should take a few minutes. live chat has told me everything is approved, yet i do not get my withdrawal amount.

Thank you for reaching out. Cherry Red Casino withdrawals take 10-14 business days to be sent. Your withdrawal will be marked 'under review' until it is sent out at which time the status will be changed to 'processed'. received email from Tara at cherry red casino claiming there is a two week delay. in this day and age, why must there be a delay
