Planet 7 Casino - Withdrawal Check is said to be fraudulent by issuer's bank

I received my check from Planet7 for 2243.03 and deposited into my bank account on March 29,2016. After waiting over a month, I contacted BMO to see if check had cleared on their end but they said that my bank would have to contact them. So I contacted my bank this morning and I received a call back from them this afternoon. They stated that BMO claimed that the check was fraudulent and that it would not be honored. I contacted Planet7 and they said they needed my bank to send a letter stating that they would not honor the check. Well I called my bank back and they said they would not give any information due to the fact that the check was fraudulent and they were not comfortable with giving any information and it was not in there possession because it had to mailed to BMO for release of funds. They also stated that the company that issued the check needs to contact BMO to find out the problem with this check. This was after my bank gave me the third degree on how I got the check which I said was work related. The woman said well I believe you were scammed. So I just contacted my VIP host, who is always nice and explained to him the situation and he stated he would get with management. I just don't have anymore time to wait and really need this money ASAP. I also have a $950 approved withdrawal and do not want have to go through this again. Other than this Planet7 is my go to casino but I won't deposit any more money, which I don't have, until this is taken care of. It was actually a very embarrassing situation on my end.

I was emailed by Ally on May 3, I was told that I could get my money deposited to one of my debit cards. I believe this was in regards to my $950. I didn't go that route but I resubmitted my application to be issued Planet7 prepaid Mastercard debit card. Has anyone else ever gotten one? She told me that my request was sent to the appropriate department, and she would get with me as soon as it is approved. Then I was asked if I had the check in my possession and if so I needed to mail it back, and if not they would have to cancel payment on it and resubmit withdrawal. I responded back on May 7 letting her know that the check was at their bank and they would need to stop payment. I'm waiting on a response back but knew I wouldn't hear anything over the weekend. They were prompt in responding and really nice, which they have always been to me. I just hope they are just as quick on getting money to me

Ally has been great. I would have gotten payment sooner but don't have a proper checking account. I didn't qualify for prepaid debit card because my ID has an old address on it so im actually at the DMV now changing that so I can receive their prepaid card. I have no doubt that I will receive money. Ally has also kept me up to date on everything which is very reassuring. I will let you know what happens once I send in new ID

I spoke with Ally earlier today (Tuesday) and she confirmed that she's received everything. She's forwarded all of the documents to our Finance Department and we're now just waiting on an update from their side (I'd imagine we'll hear back sometime tomorrow).

Thanks Tawni. If that prepaid card hasn't been mailed out yet could I get a withdrawal through my bitcoin wallet it seems every bank or card Ive sent cannot be used. I really need to get this withdrawal taken care of. I won at another place turned in my documents same day, I had withdrawal approved next day and I fedex deliver check 2 days later. I actually thought is was the prepaid card from P7 because I never thought other places actually get withdrawals done that quick. Anyway I know it isn't your fault but please try and get me some good news this week
