Slots of Vegas Casino - Withdrawal approved 4 weeks ago but no transfer yet

I wrote a review on Slots of Vegas on Monday 11. April 2016 and the negative part is on the withdrawal process they have. However, my withdrawal finally got approved on April 15th but today (may 13th) the $100,00 have not been transferred to my Neteller account. I have been trying to contact their customer service but it seems like they can not tell how long it will take as the payments are processed somewhere else.
In the advertisement of their website they talk about the convenience of playing from our home but how good it this if you have to wait for a withdrawal for so long? Seems like they don't care for customers to return one they won. Not a happy gaming experience I must say.

It would be nice if could help with speeding up this process.

So on Monday this week I contacted customer service who advised to contact someone from the withdrawal department on Tuesday, who escalated it to their payments department, to whom I sent an email on Thursday, who replied yesterday that the case it now escalated it to the escalation list

Unfortunately still nothing transferred yet. :(
