Withdrawal all approved but haven't received a single payment

I have withdrawals of 6755 in total from Planet 7 Casino which is all approved but I haven't received any of it.

First withdrawal of 2500 was approved on March 8, 2011. Second is April 6, 2011. Third is May 20, 2011.

I have tried contacting withdrawals department around 5 times, but haven't receive a response.
