KingPlayer Casino - Requested $54000 withdrawal and they blocked my account for no reason..

I joined this casino few weeks back.. I sent all the required documents for verification.. They confirmed my account is fully verified.. After that I made few withdrawal requests and they paid me with in 12hrs.. 1st time I got $1885 and second time $2500+.. But yesterday I won and withdrawal $54000 and spoke to one of live chat member regarding withdrawal and time span.. After 2hr my account was blocked without any indication.. Which is very unfair.. Now they are saying security team look in to this issue and not giving any time frame.. Totally unfair

Thank you for reply king player team.. i am sure u guys are best in customer service but some times hearing the same answer again and again killing that opinion.. even though i week is little bit long, well i can understand that u guys have to conduct lot of procedures to prevent illegal activities.. In that case i am 100% with u guys.. i hope you guys quickly finish your investigation..

It almost 10 days now.. there is no proper response from kingplayer casino.. i sent two e-mails regarding my account.. i didn't a single reply for those e-mails.. live chat is hopeless.. the keep saying same thing again and again.. "We are sorry, but your account is still under investigation and we can´t tell you at the moment how long long it will take".. same thing again and again.. today they rolledback all my withdrawals.. this worries me more.. Please @Askgamblers help me with this problem..

this is bullshit answer i am hearing from over a month.. these guys trying to cheat me in the name of investigation.. their plan is to accuse me some how and avoid all my winnings.. that's what they are doing right now.. they couldn't find anything till now because i didn't do any thing wrong here.. that's why this investigation taking too long..

Kingplayer finished their checks and concluded the investigation.. as i told earlier i am a fare and genuine player.. i am not a kind of guy who cheats others.. this conclusion proves that again.. Today they opened my account back and all funds are there to withdrawal.. but they restricted me to play here.. when i open a game it says ""Unfortunately your account has been restricted and you are only allowed to carry out a withdrawal on any existing funds on your account. Should you have any questions please contact our support team "".. even though it's bit too long but i want to thank you kingplayer team as well for opening my account again.. please don't close this case untill i get my funds in my account.. thank you..

My god.. i don't understand this casino.. never.. they opened my account again with my same balance.. on 29/05/2015 they restricted me to play games.. after on-line chat with representative they cleared that restriction with in 5 mins.. after that i asked them to lock my account until all my withdrawals get processed because i didn't wanna loose.. but they said no to that and also said it will create more problems.. after 1 day i lost most of my winnings.. once i loose everything they again restricted me to play there.. the reason they are giving me is i am playing from my home country india.. i already notified them i came to my home country before i play.. they said that's ok with them.. this time more than 24hrs finished no reply from the support and their management as well.. another example how they treat their players..
