Hello

Since 09.09.2016 that my 160€ withdraw is still pending and no one at chat live support or email from support and accounting answers to my request.

I've provided docs for verification process. I've sent emails asking for my funds without answer.

My winnings were made by this deposit promotion attached. On attached files you can see also the withdraw ticket.

I do not have nothing to point to the casino until now and i hope not have in future.

Hope Askgamblers can help me resolve this issue, because my winnings were fair and square.

Based on player's last post it is now obvious that the disputed withdrawal amount has been reversed by the player. In such situation, AskGamblers Complaints Team have no other option, but to reject the case as the main complaints subject is no longer valid.
