Ruby Slots Casino - Withdrawals Slowing Down

I had requested an initial withdraw for a large amount on January 2, 2016. My withdraw was broken in to multiple smaller amounts due to processing restraints which understood. I was told that my withdraws would be approved about every 7 business days and then paid out every 10 business days to my checking account. I had very good success with these payments getting approved and paid out until the last month. I have a remaining amount due back to me of $1750.00 and $1718.75. The withdraw of $1750.00 was approved on 2.25.16 but has still not been paid out to me. Based on their 10 business day expectation we are out dated, it has now been 21 business days since the approval. I also have not gotten my final withdraw of $1718.75 approved yet though it has been over a month since the last amount was approved. I have emailed and called the casino multiple times with no success or response. I am concerned over the slow down of these withdraws and the lack of communication by the casino. I would really like to get this resolved.

I received the following email on March 26th. I also attached my email response to their email. Their email information is inaccurate.


Subject: Withdraw issues
Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting us. As per note, it has been sent back to your card, that happend 3/14/2016. "Money will be reflected on the customer account within the next 48 business hrs." as per note posted in your account.
If you still not get it, please contact us through live chat for instant support.

I'm sorry but that was an older withdraw that had been approved a long time before that. I am still waiting for both of the withdraws that I've noted in my email and complaint.

Thanks for looking in to this however my final payment has not been sent yet. I still have one withdraw in the amount of 1718.75 that has not even been approved yet. I did speak with someone via online chat and they also stated that my withdraw of 1750.00 had been sent to the processor but that the 1718.75 has not been approved. This needs to still be addressed.

I have received the payout of 1750.00, I am still waiting for the final payment of 1718.75. It appears this has been approved but hasn't been paid back to me yet.
