SpinEmpire Casino - Withdrawal option doesn't work

Hi
I'm so tired of spinempire casino. I deposit in April with trustly and it was nothing strange or wrong. And I played and then I won.
So off course I wanted to withdraw my winnings.
But trustly only said... Ooops technical problems.
And bank wire don't work.
I did demand that they would wrote down in a email exactly what to fill in on bank withdraw. So finally they did.
But the withdraw rolled back!
This has been going on since April and they say that I have given wrong information to trustly. That's not true because I use trustly all the time there's nothing wrong. And then I saw another complaints here also from Sweden same problem!
So what should I do know. I want my winnings but they will not fix this
Please help!

You have tried your withdrawal at very beginning after you won and then you were not reachable for a while. I have personally contacted you several times and had no answer.
We have numerous proves that you were keep entering wrong bank details and therefore withdrawal request was not successful. As you keep making mistakes in the withdrawal form we agreed with the provider to proceed the full amount to any APM of your choice just the minimum deposit required to register in the system. So far you ignored that offer. Kindly proceed with the registration of Neteller or Skrill in the system and request full amount to chosen APM.

This is not true! I have proof in my mail. I've asked you a dussin of times for the correct bank info. And you finally wrote how to fill in the bank info.
And so I did exactly as you hade wrote. And what happened? It rolled back!
And trustly I have tried maybe 30times.. You say the same every time. It's no fault here. It's you who has given trustly wrong info.
That's really funny because when I contacted trustly they said the same as me. I can't and don't need to put in any info only the amount then you will be redirected to you're bank. But so far you don't get on spin. It says after amount and click. Oops technical problems please try again.
I have given you my bank info. My ID info And my Netteller info.
And you want me to deposit Moore money? I shouldn't need to deposit again for you to give me my money. You have given false advertising... I signed up with you because you have trustly. I use it every day almost. And it was easy to deposit with trustly no problem at all! But you can't withdraw if you are from Sweden. Why is that? And why don't you give that information. I would never had signed with you if I knew.
So I want you to use bank wire or netteller. If you use netteller it will cost me 80kr /sek to do a withdraw so I think bankwire is the better option.
Since April I haven't had a quite morning. It's been support chat or mail.. I'm so tired of this. So fix this now. Please!
