Grand Macao Casino - Withdraw denied 3 times winnings were fair and square

On June 27, 2014 I made a first deposit of $75 and was fortunate enough to be able to withdraw $2000, after several weeks only 500 was sent to me, they said it was the finance dept. decision to sent me increments of 500 and I have to request the withdrawal for each increment and the processing time is the same for each request, after all this the final 500 was denied 3 times without a reason given, it is now once again back in my playable balance because AGAIN it was denied. This was all won fair and square if it wasn't then the other 1500 would have been denied also. I'm a daily gamer and have never had so many problems with a casino. All I want is to withdraw the final 500 without anymore problems or denials. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I tried calling and can't get through so I'm sure you can see the chat log and my attempts to get information have failed and once again another brick wall. If your finance/fraud dept. really believed I committed some kind of fraud I highly doubt they would have paid out the first $1500 to me. This is far from resolved and I believe this can be handled by you or someone you can communicate with. I ask that you please do more to follow up for a quick resolution.

Well 2 days and still no call or email, why is that? Why the avoidance? This should be so simple and easy, it's only $500 you know there are no security issues, it was won 100% fair and square and to deny it is unfair, and you know it. Let's just get this over with already. The $500 has been put back in my playable balance, as you know, I need to get the go ahead to request the withdrawal for the 4th time that it will be approved and sent. Thank you in advance for your help.
